Cancellations & Refunds

Since food is freshly prepared, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun. In case of wrong, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Food Quality & Allergies

We prepare food in hygienic conditions. Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies before placing an order.

Limitation of Liability

The House of Rice shall not be liable for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control (natural events, traffic, etc.).
